In this article, we will walk you through updating your credit card on file with PMW.
Step 1: Reach out the the PMW Support team at support@propertymanagerwebsites.com.
Our support team will need to make sure you are added as a user so you can go in and properly update your information on file. If you have already done this step, please proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Log in to your account to update the payment information.
Login by navigating to: https://account.nesthub.com/invoices
Log In Email: whatever email was provided to be used on your account
Password: pmw123
Unless you have reset your password already, the default will be pmw123. In order to update this, please go to: https://account.nesthub.com/password/forgot
Step 3: Update your credit card credentials.
You will be able to update your credit card credentials once you have successfully logged into your account.
