Here are the top reasons why your website might be down

1. Missed Payment: If you are getting the message below then your website has been put on hold for missed website service payments.

2. Domain Not Renewed: If you see a message similar to below when visiting your domain your will need to go into your domain registrar and renewing it. We recommend renewing for 5 years or more. Clients are responsible for keeping their domain registered.

3. Nameservers Changed: If you recently added any DNS records to your domain and accidentally changed the Nameservers this will take your website down. Majority of our websites will be launched pointing to our Nameservers listed below, please include all 4:

- ns3.nesthubdns.com
- ns4.nesthubdns.com

4. SSL Broken: If you are receiving a warning that the website is NOT SECURE, please let our support team know and we can look into the issue.
