When you see this error message it is because TransUnion Credit Retriever may be experiencing a heavy volume of users at that time. You can
- Close out and try again after a few minutes
- Clear your internet browser history for cookies (retry running the app if still not able to integrate into TU CR then try:
- Log into TU Credit Retriever directly with your TU username and password located in RentScreener your Settings Icon - Credit Report Link (in blue) **Please note these need to be entered exactly how they are seen into TU CR**
- Call TransUnion Customer Support Team at 888-710-0270 and they will assist you
