Step by Step Instructions for Bulk Requests with Helpful Tips

 

Step 1: Login to your Reputation.com account

Step 2: Hover Mouse Over Requests on the Right Menu Bar

Step 3: Select Bulk Upload from the Menu Item

Step 4: Click Download Template and select the template to use

We have already set up a few initial requests templates, please select one of the following

  • Simple Survey - Initial Request

  • Smiley - Initial Request

  • Star - Initial Request

  • Text Message Template

All have follow up emails set if the user does not open the initial email. This is designed to help increase the number of reviews.

Step 5: Fill out the CSV File with the information

Column 1 (template): Please put in the Template name to use exactly as it is written below:

  • Simple Survey - Initial Request

  • Smiley - Initial Request

  • Star - Initial Request

  • Text Message Template

Column 2 (Location Code): To find your location code follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the Gear Icon in top right (Blue Arrow)

  2. Click the Locations Menu Item on the Left (Red Arrow)

  3. Copy the Code Displayed for that location (Green Arrow)

Column 3 (subject): Subject of the Email

Column 4 (to-email): Email address of who you are sending the request to

Column 5 (to-phone): Phone number of who you are sending the request to 

Column 6 (to-name): Name of who you are sending the request to 

Column 7 (from-email): Which email address you would like to send from

Column 8 (from-name): Name of who you want to use as who it is from

Tips

  • Only upload those recipients who you want to receive those requests immediately, the system does not delay on sending so many at a time

  • Make sure to provide all the information within the CSV file or you will get errors

  • Do not remove the 1st line of the CSV File

  • The Text Message Template is only used for SMS requests (will only use the phone number to send this to)

Best Practices: Utilize your drip campaigns to target new owners, new tenants, and current owners with new tenants.
