We’ve answered some of the most common questions about your Rentvine Smartsite package upgrade below.


What are Rentvine Smartsites Powered by PMW?

Exclusive to Rentvine customers, these expert marketing packages combine high-performance websites with smarter SEO, stronger lead generation, and a seamless experience for owners and residents.

Why are we doing this?

It’s simple- we want to see you grow!  Property managers using both Rentvine and PMW grew 48% more than companies that don’t. Additionally, customers with PMW’s marketing services receive 4-8 times more leads compared to those on the basic Essentials hosting and support.

When will my package be upgraded?

Smartsite upgrades are rolling out over the next few months, with a projected completion date of December 30, 2025. You’ll be notified once your upgrade is complete and kept informed along the way.

What new features will I have access to?

Will pricing change?

All Rentvine customers are receiving package upgrades, most at no additional cost, and depending on your current package, some will see a decrease with the new bundled offering. Check your inbox for an email detailing your specific pricing and features.

Will my billing process change?

Yes. Over time, billing will be consolidated through Rentvine for a simpler, unified experience. We’ll notify you before any changes appear on your bill.

Can I still use Enterprise credits to pay for my Rentvine and PMW services?

Absolutely! Enterprise credits will continue to apply just like before.

Who do I contact for support?

For now, continue reaching out as you always have—our Rentvine and PMW support teams are combining to serve you even better. You’ll be notified as those updates take place.
