Frequently Asked Questions for Rentvine Smartsite Clients
1. What questions do property owners usually have when they’re researching management services?
Property owners often want to understand how management services can increase their rental income, reduce vacancy, and simplify operations. They typically ask about rental analysis, ROI, and local market trends. The Rental Analysis Tool helps answer these questions by showing data-driven insights, enabling managers to start informed conversations with owners.
2. What issues are owners commonly encountering when evaluating property management companies?
Owners struggle with trust and transparency — unclear pricing, poor communication, and outdated information online are common pain points. They also compare reviews and overall sentiment across multiple platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), which means reputation management and accurate business listings are critical to building trust.
3. How many leads might we be losing because of outdated information like old phone numbers or URLs online?
Even a single outdated listing can lead to significant lead loss. The Business Listing Tool Rentvine uses syndicates to and scans 70+ directories to find incorrect phone numbers, URLs, or duplicate listings and overwrites them. It ensures your brand is accurate and visible across search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
4. Is there traffic coming from our connected social media accounts?
Yes. Your SEO reporting dashboard tracks traffic from connected social accounts once those are integrated. It allows you to see if content shared through PMW or Rentvine marketing efforts is driving engagement and conversions. For the Premier tier, social metrics are included in monthly reports.
5. Are we picking up new followers through social sharing tools?
Social media growth metrics (followers, engagement, etc.) are visible in the monthly dashboard reports. Once your accounts are connected to this dashboard, you’ll receive insights into traffic and follower growth automatically.
6. What does “LLM” or “Large Language Model” mean?
LLM stands for Large Language Model, referring to AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. These systems now index and compare business sentiment and reviews. Ensuring positive online reputation and accurate listings helps your business appear more favorably in AI-driven search results.
7. What is the cost per tier package (Grow, Premier, Elite)?
- Grow Package: $145/month
- Premier Package: $695/month
- Elite Package: $1,995/month
Google Ads management can be added for a flat $195/month fee.
Each higher tier adds more automation, AI tools, and marketing integrations like content writing, SEO dashboards, and lead calculators.
8. Where can I find my current subscription tier? I don’t see it on my billing page.
If you don’t see your tier listed, contact support or your account manager. They can verify your package level and will ensure your Rentvine invoice reflects the correct plan moving forward. The billing transition means tiers will now appear on your Rentvine invoice, not the previous PMW billing system.
9. Who should I email directly for support or follow-up questions?
You can email support@propertymanagerwebsites.com, or reach out directly to Kristen Ewen at Kristen@rentvine.com or Kristen@mypmw.com. Support requests will be routed as needed, and Kristen can schedule one-on-one calls for personalized help.
10. What’s included in each package level, and are prices changing?
Pricing for existing customers remains the same.
- Grow ($145): Adds the rental analysis tool, SEO dashboard, and lead calculators
- Premier ($695): Includes all Grow features plus content writing, reputation management, and business listings
- Elite ($1,995): Adds advanced AI optimization and reporting tools
No price increase was announced — only additional functionality and integrations.
11. Is there an existing connection between my Google reviews and my website?
Yes. The Reputation Management Tool automatically connects to your Google Business account and displays 4- and 5-star reviews on your website. When reviews are acquired through the platform, it filters 1–3 star feedback privately so you can handle it internally. No manual setup is required — the system pulls reviews automatically.
12. How do I connect my Google Business profile to my website or reviews tool?
Most connections are handled automatically. If you need help linking your Google Business profile, Rentvine’s certified Google specialists can assist via a screen share session. This ensures your business information and reviews are synced correctly without sharing login credentials.
13. When will billing fully transition to Rentvine invoices?
Billing transitions in December, with PMW sending no bill that month. Your December charges will appear on your January Rentvine invoice. Going forward, you’ll only receive one consolidated Rentvine invoice for all services.
14. When will the PMW to Rentvine upgrades be completed?
All website and feature upgrades are expected to be completed by the end of the year (December). Each customer will receive an email notification once their upgrade is complete, including instructions and access to new tools.
15. If I’m interested in AI optimization reporting, how can I get access?
The AI Optimization Reporting Tool is currently available for Elite customers and provides insights into how AI platforms interpret and rank your brand. If you’d like to add this to your account, contact support or Kristen to request access or discuss upgrading your tier.
16. What is included in the new PPC management offering and how much does it cost?
Google Ads management is offered at a flat $195/month fee for account management, with your ad spend paid directly to Google. Rentvine is a Google Premier Partner, ranking in the top 3% of partner agencies — ensuring optimized performance, compliance, and ROI for property management campaigns.
