Refund Bylaws

RentScreener is the payment processor so any charges that are disputed by the applicant will be deducted from the balance on your RentScreener account, including the $5 processing fee (Processing Fee is Non-Refundable). This is due to the current consumer protection laws that are in place. Although applicants have electronically agreed to this payment the law is still heavily in favor of the consumer.
