My Website is Down, what should I do?

Article to help if your website goes down, and possible solutions

If your website is down, it is most likely one of the following:

1. SSL Certificate Expired: If you are getting an error saying your website is unsafe, please email support@propertymanagerwebsites.com

2. Change of Nameservers: If you consulted with your domain provider on any DNS additions or changes they probably recommended changing the nameservers back to default, which will take down your website. If you have any changes to your DNS please send those DNS records to support@propertymanagerwebsites.com and we will update those for you. If you did change your nameservers back to your domain registrar, please go into your domain provider and change them back to the following

  • ns1.nesthubdns.com
  • ns2.nesthubdns.com
  • ns3.nesthubdns.com
  • ns4.nesthubdns.com

Once they are switched back your website will start working again.

3. Missed Payment: If you get a screen showing "your website, is currently unavailable contact support@propertymanagerwebsites.com" you will need to go to this link to update your payment method on file and email support@propertymanagerwebsites.com
