Thank you for being a valued customer.
We're writing to let you know about an upcoming change that affects all users who publish property listings to Zillow Rental Network (Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads) through FreeRentalSite.com.
Zillow will no longer accept property feed listings from ANY feed partner without direct agreements with property managers and/or listing advertisers.
This change will be rolled out locally, regionally, and eventually nationwide over the next several weeks.
Zillow will continue to take in the FreeRentalSite.com feed, but will only publish listings from property managers and listing advertisers who have direct advertising agreements with Zillow Group.
To continue publishing listings to Zillow, Trulia and HotPads using our service, property managers and listing advertisers will need to establish a direct partnership with Zillow Group.
Property managers and listing advertisers can set up an account in two ways:
To continue syndication via the FreeRentalSite feed and learn more about pricing, you can contact rentalfeedinquiries@zillowgroup.com.
To manually post listings, property managers may set up a paid Zillow Rental Manager account. You can also visit Zillow's FAQ for more information.
A Zillow Group representative may directly contact specific property managers and advertisers to inform them of the changes and the added benefits of continuing syndication.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you continue to use the FreeRentalSite.com property syndication platform to continue to receive the many additional benefits provided.
Note, this change ONLY affects direct property feeds to Zillow. Please contact Zillow directly for any questions and/or concerns regarding this policy change.
