      Connecting LeadSimple to PMW forms

      Instructions for the client to provide required information from their LeadSimple account to PMW

      To connect your LeadSimple Pipeline to your PMW forms we need the following information

      • API Key from your LeadSimple Account
      • Pipeline ID Number
      • The corresponding form(s) to go with the Pipeline ID

      This information would be located in your LeadSimple account under the Integrations Tab, then click PMW.
