Steps:

1. Enter the Automation on the left side navigation and go to ChatBots.

2. Click on Add new chatbot icon.

1. Fill in the general ChatBot settings, like bot name and welcome message.

1. Choose the additional skills for the bot if needed, transfer to agent or small talk capability.

Steps:

1. Type in your website address for the bot to scan it.

2. Click Add chatbot button.

Steps:

1. Check if the bot finished training (might take up to a few minutes depending on the amount of content on the website).
